ODM - Customization

This is how our process of Customization works:
1. The client sends us their request and information. Our dedicated sales consultant will 

    communicate with the buyer to fully understand their requirements.

2. We offer the client different solutions, each with the associated cost:
    - we discuss the available products
    - we discuss the different finishing options
    - what are the options for logo placement
    - packaging requirements
    - purchasing quantity and pricing
    - timeline for production and delivery
3. After reaching consensus on design and price, we start making samples.This usually takes 7 - 15 

    days. We can also send existing samples to the client.
4. After the samples' quality is confirmed, we send out the purchase order.
5. We receive the deposit for the PO and start production.We adjust the timeline where necessary.  
6. Client checks pre-production samples, either electronically or by shipping samples to client.
7. Client checks the packaging.
8. Client checks the (color of) the finishings. Then mass production starts.
9. We discuss the packing of the total order and arrange shipping.
10. Client arranges for inspection and shipment.
11. Client makes the balance payment.
