This is how our process of Customization works:
1. The client sends us their request and information. Our dedicated sales consultant will
communicate with the buyer to fully understand their requirements.
2. We offer the client different solutions, each with the associated cost:
- we discuss the available products
- we discuss the different finishing options
- what are the options for logo placement
- packaging requirements
- purchasing quantity and pricing
- timeline for production and delivery
3. After reaching consensus on design and price, we start making samples.This usually takes 7 - 15
days. We can also send existing samples to the client.
4. After the samples' quality is confirmed, we send out the purchase order.
5. We receive the deposit for the PO and start production.We adjust the timeline where necessary.
6. Client checks pre-production samples, either electronically or by shipping samples to client.
7. Client checks the packaging.
8. Client checks the (color of) the finishings. Then mass production starts.
9. We discuss the packing of the total order and arrange shipping.
10. Client arranges for inspection and shipment.
11. Client makes the balance payment.
ODM Customized Service
Step 1: Customer send us a draft of a bottle that they want to develop, it can be a 3D drawing, also can be a hand drawing. Customers need tell us the detail requirement as below:
Detail requirement:
1. Capacity: 480ml
2. target market: American
3. function: dishwasher safe
4. Finishing: colorful surface, laser logo, dishwasher safe.
5. Packing: A high quality gift box.
6. Quantity: around 6000 pcs, 1000 pcs per color.
Step 2, our engineer start analyse the drawing, make out the final drawing which can fit for the producing process.
Lid drawing analysis：
1. make a mental cover onto the lid.
2. Change the detail form of the lid.
Body drawing analysis：
1. Turning the size of body to he right capacity. And confirm the out viewing shape with customers.
2. Suggest the right form of the vacuum bottle bottom to customers.
3. Suggest the anti-skidding silicone flat fix into the bottom.
4. Suggest the material thickness of the bottle.
5. Suggest the copper lining to customer.
6. Make out the final confirm drawing of body.
Confirm the final drawing：
Step 3, confirm the mould cost, and the product quotation. Confirm the order of moulds. Start making the mould.
Step 4, discussing the color and packing of product, make out the color sample and packing sample.
Step 4, After confirm the mass products order, start producing. Keep quality control during the first producing.
It is very important to control the color of painting before the mass production.
Checking the quality of vacuum function.
Checking the laser logo quality.
Checking the packing quality.
Step 5, ask for third party inspection, after pass the inspection, arrange the shipment.
